About us

Built by selling, not by consulting.

We started as a wholesale distribution business, not an agency. We resell on Amazon through our own seller accounts, using our own capital, with no management fees or retainers.

We buy the inventory

Standard wholesale terms and purchase orders, like any other retail account. We own the inventory once we receive it.

We handle the resale

Logistics, listings, advertising, FBA fulfillment, and pricing, within the brand approvals we agree with you.

We earn a resale margin

We buy at wholesale and sell at retail. The difference is our margin, and you're paid for the inventory we purchase.

North American coverage

We run Amazon.ca and Amazon.com side by side from Canada and the US.

How we're different.

Amazon native

Advertising, listing accuracy, and search strategy from the team that runs our own seller accounts daily.

We know the Canadian side

Customs, cross-border tax registration, bilingual labelling, and freight and prep between our Canadian and US locations.

Channel monitoring

We monitor listings of your products for pricing and unauthorized-seller activity, document it, and share it with you. Follow-up is agreed case by case.

Our playbook

From first call to live on Amazon.

Step 1

First conversation

A short call about your brand, your channels, and whether Amazon is worth your time right now.

Step 2

Marketplace audit

We map your current Amazon footprint: listings, pricing, other sellers, and the size of the opportunity.

Step 3

Engagement plan

A written recommendation with proposed scope, initial PO size, and timeline.

Step 4

Launch

We place the first order and start selling. You get a named contact and regular reporting.

What happens after we partner up.

The same loop applies to every order.

Purchase order

We issue a PO on standard wholesale terms.

Ships to our warehouse

Inventory ships to whichever of our warehouses fits.

Into Amazon's network

We prep it and send it to Amazon's fulfillment centres.

To the customer

Amazon fulfills customer orders through FBA.

Cycle repeats

We review sell-through and stock, then decide the next PO.

Questions brands ask us.

Where do you operate?

Amazon.ca and Amazon.com, run from our headquarters in Winnipeg, Manitoba, our Canadian warehouse in London, Ontario, and our American warehouse in Houston, Texas, with freight and prep handled between the two locations in both directions.

How do you handle our MAP or pricing policy?

We price our own listings in line with the pricing policy and terms we agree with you. We can't control what other sellers charge, but we monitor and document pricing activity on the listings of your products and share it with you.

What reporting will we get, and how often?

A monthly report you can actually read: units and revenue by listing, our pricing against the agreed policy, inventory on hand and on order, and pricing or unauthorized-seller activity we've documented. You also get a named point of contact for anything in between.

Will we retain control over our brand presence?

For the listing content we manage, yes. Pricing guidelines, brand voice, and approvals are agreed with you, and we work within the permissions you give us. Amazon detail pages can also include contributions from other sellers and Amazon itself, which we can't fully control.

Does this affect our existing distributors or retail channels?

That depends on your current arrangements, so we review them together first. We then agree on channel and territory scope in writing, so our Amazon sales fit alongside your existing wholesale, retail, and distribution relationships.

See what your Amazon channel is missing.

Tell us about your brand and we'll tell you honestly whether a wholesale partnership makes sense.
